That's me, Emma. The subtitle of this blog is "what to eat when you can't eat anything." That's not just me being dramatic. A couple years of feeling not quite right culminated in a shocking diagnosis of more than 25 food allergies and intolerances, many of them here to stay.
I'm now adjusting to life without shellfish, almonds (and the nuts that touch them) as well as most grains (including gluten and corn), and a couple of other random common foods -like pineapples.
So join me as I try to make healthy, nourishing, and delicious food that's not lacking in taste.
